Urgent Care Home Improvement Loan

(Program)

Provides up to $25,000 for emergency repairs, including but not limited to leaking roof, sewer backup, non-working furnace, and other safety issues and/or code violations.

Eligibility: Owner occupants in the City of Syracuse in need of emergency repairs, meeting income eligibility requirements (80% or below HUD income limits); property taxes, water bill, and mortgage must be current and home must be primary residence

Required Documentation: Copy of the recorded deed to home, copy of declarations page of homeowner's insurance policy, proof of income for all member of the household, copy of federal tax returns from the last 2 years, bank statements for the last 3 months, copy of picture ID
