Day Care Services

(Program)

Provides subsidies to employed persons for the cost of day care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years in certified day care homes, day care centers, group homes, or acceptable informal providers.

Eligibility: Families with income less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level

Application Process: Call or walk-in for information and application

Required Documentation: Picture ID, birth certificates, social security cards, divorce, separation, or custody papers (if applicable), and proof of income

Fees: Individuals pay a portion of the child care expense to the child care provider according to the family's income
