Provides mental health counseling and medication management to individuals ages 18 years and younger.

Eligibility: Children and adolescents up to age 17

Application Process: Referrals from CPEP, Upstate University Hospital Community Campus Emergency Department, other clinical departments within the hospital, community physicians, or other facilities

Required Documentation: Picture ID and proof of insurance

Fees: Call to verify insurance information

Onondaga and Oswego counties
