Provides developmental diagnostic assessment, consultation, and intervention services for children from birth to 7 years who have a developmental disability.

Eligibility: Children from the ages of birth to 7 years who are at risk for or have a developmental disability

Application Process: Appointment required; call for information

Required Documentation: Picture ID and proof of insurance

Fees: Call to verify insurance information

Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Saint Lawrence, Seneca, Tioga, and Tompkins counties
