Poverello Health Center

Offers free medical care to people without medical insurance in the Central New York area. Staffed by volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners and nurses, and a chiropractor and optometrist by appointment. Offers physical examinations for pre-employment and college/vocational schools and primary care. Offers a prescription assistance program for low income individuals.

Eligibility: Individuals in Central New York without medical insurance

Primarily Syracuse Northside, however, services are available to any uninsured individuals
