River Community Wellness Program (RCWP)

(Program)

Provides mental health counseling to individuals ages 5 years and older. Offers individual, family, and group therapy and medication management as needed. 

Specializes in trauma treatment through a partial hospitalization program for active duty soldiers diagnosed with PTSD and trauma treatment on an outpatient basis for first responders and front line workers. 
 

Eligibility: Individuals ages 5 years and older and active duty military personnel

Application Process: By appointment or walk-in for service

Required Documentation: Picture ID and proof of insurance or proof of income for sliding scale

Fees: Call to verify insurance information and sliding scale fees
