Provides home, community, and facility based occupational, physical, and speech therapy and special education evaluations and treatment for children from birth to 18 years with developmental and physical disabilities and neurological disorders.
Eligibility: Children from birth to 18 years with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or neurological disorders
