Casey's Place

(Program)

Provides short-term, out of home respite services for children and youth, up to age 22, who have developmental disabilities and/or severe medical issues. Provides weekend and summer certified overnight respite, day programs (afterschool, school breaks, 6-week summer program), and a Friday evening teen respite/recreation program.
 

Eligibility: Children and youth up to age 22 who have developmental disabilities and/or severe medical conditions and who qualify for OPWDD waiver services

Application Process: Referrals by family members, medical and educational personnel, Medicaid Service Coordinators or human service agencies

Required Documentation: Proof of OPWDD eligibility

Fees: None

Broome, Cortland, Onondaga, and Oswego counties
