Focuses on the educational needs of children ages 3 to 5 years who have developmental delays. Offers evaluations and a variety of services to help maximize the child's developmental potential.
Eligibility: Children ages 3 to 5 years with a qualifying developmental or learning delay
Application Process: Call Public Health or the child's school district for registration information
Required Documentation: Documentation of developmental or learning delay
