Child Passenger Safety Program

(Program)

Provides free car seats for infants and toddlers of income eligible families based on availability. 

Eligibility: Onondaga County residents who meet income eligibility with baby/toddlers up to 40 pounds

Application Process: Call to register; must take a child passenger education program before receiving the car seat

Required Documentation: Proof of WIC, Medicaid, or SNAP benefits
