(Program)

Provides after school care for children with a variety of disabilities. The program is designed to promote children's development of appropriate play skills.

Eligibility: Children in Kindergarten through 6th grade who are Medicaid Waiver eligible

Application Process: Call for information and services

Required Documentation: Picture ID and proof of insurance

Fees: Call to verify insurance information
