After-School Programs

(Program)

Provides afterschool programs for deaf or hard of hearing children in Kindergarten through 12th grade who communicate using American Sign Language and / or spoken language. Activities focus on enhancing everyday communication, literacy development for both ASL and English, age-appropriate social and daily living skills, team-building, and Deaf Culture awareness that are designed to assist participants with transitions, post-secondary options, and eventual employment.

Eligibility: Deaf or hard of hearing children in Kindergarten through 12th grade
