Comprehensive Clinical Services

(Program)

Offers occupational, physical, and speech and language therapies for children and adults with a wide variety of diagnoses. 
 

Eligibility: Individuals in need of clinical services with a physician's prescription

Application Process: Referrals from families, service coordinators, physicians, therapists, and other professionals

Required Documentation: Physician prescription

Fees: Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, private pay, and alternate funding sources are accepted; assistance is available to help individuals obtain funding

Jefferson, Lewis, Onondaga, Oswego, and St. Lawrence counties
