NCLS Outreach Services

(Program)

Provides services, materials, and resources to residents within the system area with special needs and individuals living in geographically isolated areas not served by a library.

Eligibility: Individuals in Jefferson, Lewis, Oswego, and St. Lawrence counties who are over the age of 62, physically disabled, blind or visually impaired, learning disabled, and/or residing in an institution; and individuals living in areas not served by a library
