Hutchings Psychiatric Center Mobile Integration Team (MIT)

(Program)

Provides clinical intervention and support for adults with serious mental illness utilizing a multidisciplinary team to bring services directly to individuals in the community in a setting that best meets their recovery needs. Services include outreach and engagement, crisis assessment and intervention, community linkage, family and caregiver support and education, peer support services, legal interface, health assessment and related health and wellness education, skill building, psychiatric rehabilitation and recovery, and brief therapeutic support.

Eligibility: Adults with serious mental illness

Application Process: Referrals accepted, call 315-426-4766 to receive a referral form or for more information
