Liberty Resources Mobile Crisis Team

(Program)

Responds to individuals in crisis, over the phone or in person, in order to reduce emergency room visits. Provides mental health engagement, intervention, and follow-up support.
 

Eligibility: Children and adults in Cayuga, Cortland, Madison, Onondaga, and Oswego counties

Application Process: Call for information and services

Required Documentation: No documentation initially required
