Provides a comprehensive pre-school program for economically disadvantaged children ages 3 to 5 years old. Services include education, health, mental health, nutrition, parent involvement, and social services. Offers a center-based or home-based option. Also provides Early Head Start, a home-based program for pregnant women, infants and toddlers up to age 3 years.
Eligibility: Children from birth to 5 years who are economically disadvantaged
