Assists individuals and families once every month by providing enough food for 3 days.
Eligibility: Individuals residing in the Phoenix Central School District with a demonstrated need; use Food Finder to determine home pantry
Application Process: Walk-in
Required Documentation: Proof of residency for every adult in the household, along an envelope from US Mail with their name and address on it, and birth certificate(s) for all children in household (will accept Medicaid cards and proof from school if birth certificate(s) not available)
