Safety First Syringe Exchange

(Program)

Provides access to sterile injection sup0plies as well as safe disposal of used syringes. Offers naloxone (Narcan) training, safety planning, and risk reduction counseling. 

 

Eligibility: Individuals in need of risk reduction supplies and/or sharps disposal

Application Process: Walk-in

Fees: None

Cayuga, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, and St. Lawrence counties
