Upward Bound Program

(Program)

Provides academic preparation for high school students who will be first-generation college students. Services include academic instruction, individual tutoring, career counseling, and college campus visits.
 

Eligibility: Students in 9th or 10th grade living within the City of Syracuse who - demonstrate the academic potential/desire to complete a college degree - meet family income guidelines - are potentially first generation college graduates

Application Process: Complete New Student Application found online or at local high school guidance office

Required Documentation: Proof of income, recommendation from guidance counselor and teacher/adult
