PEACE Neighborhood Advisor Program

(Program)

Provides support to senior citizens in the Baldwinsville area and the Town of Elbridge. Services include social/recreation activities, medical information, referrals, and advocacy in areas of concern or interest to seniors.

Eligibility: Individuals ages 60 years and older residing in the Towns of Elbridge, Lysander, and Van Buren, and the Villages of Baldwinsville, Elbridge, and Jordan
