Provides cancer treatment, research, education, and prevention. Provides hematology, oncology and treatment for specific cancers including breast, colorectal, gynecological, head and neck, pancreatic, orthopedic, prostate, thyroid, and urologic.

Eligibility: Individuals who have or have had cancer

Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Saint Lawrence, Seneca, Tioga, and Tompkins counties
