SUNY Upstate Communication Disorders Clinic

(Program)

Offers diagnostic and treatment services for children and adults with hearing-speech-language and swallowing disorders. Services available on an inpatient and outpatient basis, include hearing and hearing aid evaluations, speech therapy, and cochlear implants.
 

Eligibility: Individuals with hearing and speech difficulties

Application Process: Appointment required; call for information

Required Documentation: Picture ID and proof of insurance

Fees: Call to verify insurance information

Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Saint Lawrence, Seneca, Tioga, and Tompkins counties
