Homebound Instruction Program

(Program)

Offers home instruction for students who must be out of school for extended periods of time.

Eligibility: Children in the Syracuse City School District who are unable to attend school because of emotional or physical illness verified by a physician

Application Process: Applications can be obtained from school nurse or the Homebound Instruction Department

Required Documentation: Medical evaluation
