Take a Break Respite

(Program)

Provides care and supervision to individuals with a developmental disability and their siblings. Parents and guardians can use this ongoing respite service for personal, social, recreational, or health care needs. Providers are individually matched with families based on provider experience and family needs.

 

Eligibility: Children with a developmental disability and their families who are eligible through OPWDD

Application Process: Home visit and family application

Required Documentation: Call for required documentation

Fees: Call to verify insurance information and sliding scale fees
