Transitional Living Supervised Residence

(Program)

Provides a 10-bed facility with 24 hour oversight and support for adults with an Axis 1 of severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) who are unable to live independently. Provides training and assistance in the skills of daily living.

Eligibility: Individuals ages 18 years and older with an Axis 1 diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) who are unable to live independently
