Army Family Action Plan (AFAP)

(Program)

Identifies quality of life issues and proposes recommendations for improvement of policies and programs that affect the well-being of the military community.

Eligibility: Active duty military and their families, retired military and their families, surviving families of military personnel who died while on active duty, Army Reserve and National Guard soldiers on active duty and their families, Department of Defense civilians

Application Process: Call or walk-in for information and services

Required Documentation: Military ID card
