Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)

Provides a mandatory enrollment program that works with other military and civilian agencies to provide comprehensive and coordinated medical, educational, housing, community support, personal services, and advocacy assistance to families with special needs.

Eligibility: Active duty soldiers, Army Reserve and National Guard soldiers on active duty with a special needs family member

Application Process: Call or walk-in for information and services

Required Documentation: Military ID card; required documentation varies case by case
