Non-Secure Detention Program

(Program)

Provides short-term care for youth who cannot be safely maintained in the community while awaiting family court action, placement into foster care, or entrance into a treatment facility.
 

Eligibility: Youth ages 10 to 17 years awaiting family court action, placement into foster care, or entrance into a treatment facility who cannot be safely maintained in their community while they await court action or placement

Application Process: Referrals through the court system

Required Documentation: Call for required documentation
