Provides set hours on evenings and weekends for pediatric non-emergency medical care.

Eligibility: Children from birth to 21 years needing non-emergency medical care

Application Process: Call or walk-in for information and services

Required Documentation: No documentation initially required

Fees: Call to verify insurance information

Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Saint Lawrence, Seneca, Tioga, and Tompkins counties
