Homemaker and Home Health Aide Program

(Program)

Supports Veterans living at home instead of being placed into a community living center or nursing home. Services include assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and help in using the toilet and getting in and out of bed or a wheelchair.

Eligibility: Veterans who need supportive services at home

Application Process: Call for information and services

Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Fulton, Hamilton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Montgomery, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, St. Lawrence, Seneca, Tioga, Tompkins, and Wayne counties
