Science and Technology Entry Program (STEP)

(Program)

Prepares underrepresented and economically disadvantaged students for college and their pursuit of careers in math, science, technology, and the health-related or licensed professions.

Eligibility: African American, Hispanic, and Native American students or any student who can: - demonstrate economic disadvantage in 7th through 12th grades enrolled in the Syracuse City School District - have a minimum average of 80 in Regents-level Science and Math course work minimum GPA of 80 - or the potential and desire to reach these benchmarks with additional support

Application Process: Call for information and services

Required Documentation: Proof of economic disadvantage and transcripts
