Supportive Living Services

(Program)

Provides a safe, sober, permanent housing to assist in the rehabilitation and ongoing recovery needs of individuals who are homeless with a disabling condition.

Eligibility: Individuals ages 18 years and older with a diagnosis of substance use disorder requiring the support of a residence that provides an alcohol, drug, and tobacco free environment but do not require 24-hour on-site supervision
