Child Protective Services (CPS)

Receives and investigates reports of alleged abuse and/or neglect of children under 18 years of age. Provides referrals and/or monitor services as needed and petitions Family Court on behalf of children in need of protection.

Eligibility: Individuals needing to report child abuse/neglect
