Central New York COVID-19 Regional Triage Line

(Program)

Provides a triage service for individuals who have questions on COVID-19 symptoms, treatment, testing, and vaccines.

Eligibility: Individuals who have coronavirus-related questions, are showing possible symptoms, or who may have had an exposure to someone diagnosed with a positive case of COVID-19

Application Process: Call for information and services

Required Documentation: None

Fees: None

Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Saint Lawrence, Tioga, and Tompkins counties
