Community-based apartment program serving women who meet the criteria for homelessness as defined by HUD. Referrals taken from the Continuum of Care’s Coordinated Entry List.

Eligibility: Adult women with a documented disability who are transitioning out of HUD homelessness; limited ability to house women with dependent children

Application Process: Call for information and services

Required Documentation: Picture ID, social security card, proof of income, verification of homelessness, and proof of disability

Fees: 30% of resident's income
