Syracuse Northeast Community Center (SNCC)

Provides comprehensive and holistic programs including senior services and support, youth development and services, basic needs assistance, healthcare access and education, employment help with resumes and connections, adolescent pregnancy prevention and community connections and collaborations to residents residing in the north and northeast neighborhoods of the greater Syracuse area.
