Home Improvement Program (HIP)
Provides up to $30,000 in the form of a forgivable loan assist eligible homeowners make necessary repairs to their homes.
Program Information
Eligibility: Individuals with a single-family house that has been owner occupied for at least one year, household members cannot have total combined assets that exceed $15,000, household income must must not exceed 80% of area median income (based on family size)
