Provides durable medical equipment as needed on a short-term loan. Will help explore opportunities for financial assistance if insurance does not over the cost and if the equipment is not available in the loan closet.

Eligibility: Individuals with Multiple Sclerosis
Application Process: Three to four days notice is required
