Mentoring (AMP)

Provides a home-based service to help increase family knowledge about their children's mental health diagnoses and related behavior, as well as figuring how to manage problems and solutions.  Provides community based mentoring for youth.

Eligibility: Oswego County families with a child who have a serious emotional disturbance (must have a mental health diagnosis)

Application Process: Referrals through Oswego County Children's Single Point of Access (SPOA)
