Carthage Village Clerk and Tax Receiver

Offers a wide range of licensing, records, and informational services to village residents. Licensing and permits include disabled parking permits, garage sale permits, hauling permits, and parking permits. Maintains village records and archives as well as offers notary public services. 

Prepares and collects property taxes for residents of the Village of Carthage from June 1st through October 31st.  

After October 31st all paperwork goes to the Jefferson County Treasurer’s Office.
