Community Action Planning Council of Jefferson County (CAPC)

Provides a broad range of services designed to help families achieve stability and self-sufficiency and improve community conditions. Programs include early childhood education, child care resources and referrals, energy efficient improvements to homes, vocational education, emergency food, tax preparation, holiday programs and more.
