Day Habilitation Services

Provides two programs:

LIFE Day Habilitation - a community-based service, teaches skills for independence, promote inclusion, and enhance individual choice and interest.

Group Day Habilitation - services the medical, social, and adaptive needs of individuals who are need more intensive supports.
