Provides services for adults and children with developmental disabilities in Jefferson, Lewis, and surrounding counties. Programs include respite, habilitation programs, employment services, and Self Direction services.
 

Eligibility: Individuals with a developmental disability and their families residing in Jefferson, Lewis, and surrounding counties; eligibility is established through New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (NYSOPWDD)
