Home Delivered Meals
Provides home delivered hot lunches to homebound elderly who have physical or mental limitations or unable to prepare their own meals. Meals meet one third of the recommended daily intake and are prepared with reduced salt. Unable to accommodate special diet requests.
Program Information
Eligibility: Individuals ages 60 years and older who have physical or mental limitations, or lack the ability to prepare their own meals
Application Process: Call for information or to apply for services
Required Documentation: No documentation required
Fees: Donations requested but optional; no one is turned away for inability to pay
