Application Process: Call to register or apply on-line
Required Documentation: Transcripts (9th through 12th grades), last two years' report cards, 504 Plans and IEPS (if applicable), disciplinary records, standardized test results, physical examination, medical history and immunization records, original birth certificate, Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
