Integrated Community Planning of Oswego County (ICP)

Provides education, training, advocacy, and technical assistance partnerships to support and improve the quality of life for youth and families of Oswego County. Comprised of the Child Care, Development Council of Oswego County, and the Oswego County Traffic Safety Board.
