Acts as a third party vendor to schedule non-emergency medical transportation for eligible Medicaid recipients traveling to Medicaid-covered services. Does not provide transportation for shelter related needs.
Transportation must be set up by the medical provider during business hours, at least 24 hours in advance. Recipients can schedule transportation for themselves during business hours, at least 72 hours in advance.
Program Information
Eligibility: Medicaid recipients who have an active Form 2015 that has been completed by their medical provider and entered into the Medicaid database.
