Onondaga County STOP-DWI Program

Focuses on law enforcement, prosecution, adjudication (court and probation), rehabilitation treatment, and public information in relation to issues of drinking and driving. Provides speakers and educational materials as well as a Victim Impact Panel. Runs Project Responsibility, an alcohol education class for underage offenders and those charged with providing them alcohol.
 

Eligibility: Victim Impact Panel: Onondaga County residents
Project Responsibility: Individuals under the age of 21 years charged with an alcohol offense and anyone charged with either permitting or providing alcohol to a minor

Required Documentation: None

Fees: $35 fee for Victim Impact Panel; $100 to attend Project Responsibility
