Pulaski Village Clerk and Tax Receiver

Offers a wide range of licensing, records, and informational services to village residents. 

Prepares and collects property taxes for residents of the Village of Pulaski from July through November 1.

After November 1 all paperwork goes to the Oswego County Treasurer’s Office.
